Terms of Use
Last updated: 15 April 2026 · Version 1.0
1. Introduction
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Vis2Go mobile application ("App", "Service"). The App is operated by:
| Company | Vis2Go OÜ |
| Registry code | 16462903 |
| Address | Harju maakond, Tallinn, Pirita linnaosa, Ranniku tee 35, 12113, Estonia |
| Website | https://vis2go.com |

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use Vis2Go. If you are under 18, you should use the App only with the involvement of a parent or guardian where required by applicable law. The App is not directed to children under 16.
3. What Vis2Go Does
Vis2Go is a travel discovery and planning app. It helps users discover places, view maps and directions, plan and organize trips, and access third-party booking links for experiences, tickets, tours, and activities. The current version does not require a user account.
4. Local Data and No Account
Vis2Go currently operates without account registration. Where trip, preference, or recent-place data is stored locally on your device, it may be deleted if you uninstall the App or clear app data. You are responsible for preserving any information you want to keep outside the App.
5. Third-Party Services
Vis2Go uses third-party services to provide maps, location search, directions, place information, experience and ticket listings, booking links, app diagnostics, infrastructure, and natural-language search features. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party platforms, data, availability, content, pricing, bookings, fulfilment, or policies.
6. Vibe Search and AI
Vis2Go may use OpenAI to convert your natural-language search text into structured discovery parameters. OpenAI is used for query interpretation only. It does not make legally significant decisions about you. You should not enter sensitive personal information, names, addresses, phone numbers, health information, or private details into vibe search.
AI-assisted interpretation may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for evaluating search results and making your own travel decisions.
7. Location and Maps
The App may request foreground location permission to show nearby places, maps, directions, and proximity-based recommendations. You can disable location permission in your device settings. Some features may become less accurate or unavailable.
Maps, directions, venue details, opening hours, ratings, availability, prices, travel times, and other third-party data may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, or unavailable. Do not rely on the App for emergency navigation, safety-critical routing, medical, legal, or other high-risk decisions.
8. Third-Party Bookings and Affiliate Links
Vis2Go may display information, offers, listings, booking links, or redirect links from third-party providers. When you tap a booking link:
- you leave Vis2Go and interact with a third-party booking platform;
- any booking is between you and that third-party provider;
- the provider's own terms, privacy policy, cancellation policy, refund policy, and customer support process apply;
- Vis2Go does not process your payment;
- Vis2Go does not receive your payment details;
- Vis2Go is not responsible for cancellations, refunds, availability, pricing accuracy, fulfilment, quality, safety, or disputes.
Vis2Go may receive an affiliate commission or referral fee when you use certain third-party links. This does not affect the price you pay unless stated otherwise.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- use the App unlawfully or fraudulently;
- interfere with or disrupt the App or its infrastructure;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, except where permitted by mandatory law;
- scrape, crawl, harvest, or bulk extract App or third-party data;
- misuse third-party APIs accessed through the App;
- attempt to bypass technical restrictions or API limits;
- upload, transmit, or introduce malicious code;
- impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation;
- use the App in a way that infringes third-party rights.
10. Intellectual Property
The App, including its software, design, interface, branding, and documentation, is owned by or licensed to Vis2Go OÜ. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for personal use or internal business evaluation use.
Third-party content, including maps, venue data, ratings, photos, tickets, experiences, and booking information, belongs to the relevant third-party providers or their licensors.
11. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal data is processed. By using the App, you acknowledge that data will be processed as described in the Privacy Policy. Privacy contact: hello@vis2go.com.
12. Availability and Changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any feature at any time. We will try to provide reasonable notice for material changes where appropriate. The App may depend on third-party APIs, network availability, device permissions, and provider systems. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
13. Disclaimers
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant that:
- the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free;
- third-party data will be accurate, current, complete, or available;
- maps, routes, opening hours, prices, availability, ratings, or booking information will be correct;
- the App will meet your particular requirements.
Nothing in these Terms affects statutory rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vis2Go OÜ is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or business losses, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, loss of opportunity, or reliance on inaccurate third-party data.
For consumer users in the European Union, nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by mandatory law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, intentional misconduct, or statutory consumer rights that cannot be waived.
Subject to the above, because the App is provided free of charge, Vis2Go OÜ's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the App or these Terms will not exceed EUR 100.
15. Indemnity
If you use the App on behalf of a business or organisation, that business or organisation agrees to indemnify Vis2Go OÜ against claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from misuse of the App, breach of these Terms, or violation of law. For consumers, this clause applies only to the extent permitted by applicable mandatory consumer law.
16. App Marketplace Terms
Apple App Store
If you download the App from the Apple App Store:
- these Terms are between you and Vis2Go OÜ, not Apple;
- Apple is not responsible for the App or its content;
- Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for the App;
- Apple is not responsible for claims relating to the App, including product liability, legal compliance, or intellectual-property claims;
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
Google Play
If you download the App from Google Play:
- these Terms are between you and Vis2Go OÜ, not Google;
- Google is not responsible for the App or its content;
- Google has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for the App.
Store terms may also apply to your download and use of the App.
17. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time and uninstall it from your device. We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you materially breach these Terms, misuse the App, create legal or security risk, or if required by law or platform rules. Sections intended to survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits, and governing law, will continue to apply.
18. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the law of your country of residence. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you may bring claims in the courts of your place of residence where mandatory law allows.
Before bringing a formal claim, we encourage you to contact us at hello@vis2go.com so we can try to resolve the issue.
19. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or another appropriate channel where reasonably possible. Continued use of the App after updated Terms take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
